A big thank you to all our customers who participated in our Customer Survey 2011!

 

We received an overwhelming response and are currently working through your many comments and suggestions. These are extremely varied including:

  • "Great team of knowledgeable people to work with"

  • "There is always room for improvement but I am very pleased with the service"
  • "Lead-times could be shorter"
  • "Such a good range of products"
  •  "Quicker contact if delays occur with action plan"

All your feedback will be used to draft an action plan over the coming weeks to drive improvement within our business.
We will be contacting you individually as requested to discuss your thoughts and our actions will be  shared with you all as we progress.

So, thank you again for taking the time to complete our survey.  There were so many useful and innovative ideas but we had to pick some winners.
