The Series 5010 Wash System will relieve shipyard staff of much of the design, purchasing and installation work by offering shipbuilders a cost effective, compact off the shelf window washing module.

The system allows washing of bridge windows in groups in an adjustable sequence mode by the touch of a button. Water can be heated and have detergent / antifreeze added to cope with every operational situation. Consumption of fresh water is kept to a minimum by limiting washing to selectable groups of windows, i.e. forward, port, starboard, aft.

The system will supply up to 10 nozzles simultaneously. If the vessel requires more than 10 nozzles then more outputs can be added to valve groups by means of solenoid valves. Larger vessels that require more than 30 nozzles can fit a second module giving additional supply capacity. Each unit comes complete with spray nozzles and solenoid valves (water / air purge) appropriate to the vessels window configuration.

High pressure pumps as opposed to the ship's fresh water system ensures a highly effective spray coverage over the complete window. This combination of high pressure water & cleaning agents together with the Window Wipers will ensure the clearest visibility and safe navigation when at sea.

Each system is designed to suit individual needs of each vessel configuration ensuring that both shipbuilder and ship owner get value for money.
